Dryer manufacturing process
For the dryer you need to prepare 2 pieces of PVC pipe 45 cm each.
This length will allow you not to block the passage on the balcony. The tubes are applied to the door hinges, as in the photo, and outlined with a marker.
The loops are cut lengthwise to the markings and bent along the lines. All this can be done without unnecessary noise with a hand saw and pliers.
Next you need to screw the tubes to the loops. To do this, holes are drilled or burned in them. An insert will need to be made where the pipe joins the loop. For reliability, you need to screw it in two places. 3 holes are prepared in the tubes at the same distance for pulling the cord.
At the next stage, 2 more pieces of pipe are prepared with a length equal to the remaining loops. They are tightened together with screws.
Hinges with long tubes are screwed to the wall on the balcony so that opening occurs from the bottom up.
Short tubes with loops are installed underneath them on the side. They are positioned so that when the half with the pipes is opened, they act as supports for the dryer. Then a clothesline is stretched over the long tubes.
