Want to entertain your child? Take a few minutes for the fascinating process of making a thread octopus. Involve your child in this entertaining activity - he will be delighted.
You will need:
• Threads
• Scissors
• A small piece of padding polyester
• Rectangular cardboard
• Glue
• Colored paper (blue and white)
Octopus making process:

1. Wind threads in the center on a rectangular piece of cardboard (the size of your octopus will depend on its height). Remove them carefully and cut them on one side with scissors.

2. On the same side, carefully secure the thread base of the octopus with a thread (while stepping back slightly from its edge). This will create a funny hairstyle (hair) on the octopus's head.

3. Complete the head - place the prepared piece of padding polyester inside the thread base, so that it is completely invisible (disguise it carefully with threads).

4. Below the head, tie a place that will give you the appearance of an octopus skirt.
5. Divide this “skirt” into strands of equal volume (it’s better that you get 7 strands).
6. Braid each strand. Secure it at the end with thread.
7. Cut out fancy eyes from colored paper.The mouth can be made either from red paper or from a small piece of red thread. Glue them to the head, forming a face. Your fairy-tale character - an octopus made of threads is ready!
