• 2 young zucchini (about 20 cm long);
• 1 chicken breast;
• 2 eggs;
• 200g rice;
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt.

1. Peel the zucchini and cut it in half.

2. Clean the middle so that you get a “boat” with a wall thickness of slightly less than 1 cm.

3. Cut the zucchini pulp and chicken breast into small pieces.
